We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated by region and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS or USPS. Please note that as a beverage product, shipping costs reflect the weight and care required to deliver your order safely.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by region, typically ranging from 3–7 business days after your order ships. These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak shipping periods.

Damaged in Transit If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinklolo.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
