Refund Policy

Because we are a small, independent business and all of our products are beverages, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

However, we stand behind every order we send out. If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective product, or includes the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinklolo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
